Attraction

An average friend will have to go out of his way to be nice to you before you take notice & appreciate it. Conversely, when someone you’re attracted to does something sweet for you, no matter how trivial, your heart skips a beat and you get touched almost immediately.

My highest GPA yet. It’s a bitter-sweet feeling because it just goes to show how much better I would have fared if I had dropped my accountancy degree right from the start. Getting B-s and C+s for my accounting modules have done nothing for my CGPA, well except to pull it down. Regardless, I thank God for bringing me through these three years & at least doing well in my final year of school! I shall count my blessings. And so… Graduate loh!

Activation Energy

Activation energy - the initial burst of energy needed to overcome resistance before a chemical reaction will occur.

As of this week, I overcame the energy barrier needed to start on my job hunt. It can only get easier from here. I pray that God will guide me in my career decisions & help me gain favor with prospective employers, amen!

Reciprocity

It feels good when the friends you like, like you back. Unfortunately it’s not always the case & as with love, friendships can be one-sided as well. Taking the initiative more often, showing more concern & care, & enjoying the other’s company significantly more.

So yay to friends who reciprocate & treasure friendships & nay to those who don’t.

Friendliness

So I think most people would agree that I’m pretty friendly & when I meet acquaintances, I tend to be the one initiating conversations (also because I’m uncomfortable with silence). Never fully realized how good it felt when someone else takes the lead in sustaining the conversation & shows an interest in getting to know you :>

My first time eating insects - it was disgusting! Furthermore I kept losing at the drinking games & had to eat most of it D:

Super yummy street food we had for lunch, especially the huge tender fish & crispy chicken goodness. Thrilled that I got my daily fix of thai milk tea too!

Two clubs in a night & it was the drunkest I’ve ever gotten but oh well, what happens in Bangkok stays in Bangkok right? Haha
